Billing questions
What is an AI credit?
One AI credit covers one Ask Orion question with a standard model, including SQL generation and the written explanation. Questions on larger models use 2 to 4 credits; the cost is shown before the question runs.
What happens if we exceed our credits?
Credits are pooled across the workspace. Overage is billed at $0.08 per credit at the end of the month, and admins can set a hard cap.
Is warehouse compute included?
No. Queries run in your own Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery account and are billed by that provider. OrionPulse shows query cost per board so you can tune it.
Can we pay monthly?
Team and Business can be billed monthly at a 15% higher per-user rate. Annual contracts are invoiced with net-30 terms.
What does the trial include?
Business features for up to 10 users and 5,000 AI credits for 14 days. No card required. Your workspace is deleted after the trial unless you subscribe.
